Licence portfolio

PA Resources focuses on three geographical regions: North Africa, West Africa and the North Sea.

North Africa Region

North Africa is an oil- and gas-rich region. PA Resources has been active in the region since 1998 and is one of the largest oil producers in Tunisia. The Group has interests in six producing fields in the country, of which the largest is the Didon field. A great deal of the Group's oil production takes place here, but exploration is also ongoing. PA Resources is the operator of seven licences.

West Africa Region

The Republic of Congo is the sixth largest oil-producing country in West-Africa, with a significant potential for further development of offshore production. PA Resources conneced production in the Azurite field in the Republic of Congo in August 2009. The Aseng field in Equatorial Guinea is under development. The Group also has interests in four exploration licences offshore Republic of Congo and Equatorial Guinea. A number of interesting new discoveries have been made in recent years.
