The oil- and gas company PA Resources AB has appointed Nicolas Adlercreutz to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Nicolas Adlercreutz succeeds Bo Askvik, who has the position as President and CEO since the Annual General Meeting 18th May, 2010.
Nicolas Adlercreutz (40 years old) assumes his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at PA Resources AB after the summer, 2010.
He will be Head of Group staff Finance, including finance reporting and Group accounting, business control and treasury, stationed in Stockholm and will be a member of the Group Management.
Nicolas Adlercreutz joins PA Resources from Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolager SCA where he is Vice President Group Control, with responsibility for finance reporting, Group accounting and business control. Nicolas has held different positions in finance at SCA both at head office and internationally. Nicolas holds a degree in Business Administration from the Mid Sweden University of Sundsvall.
