In January 2009, PA Resources completed the issue of convertible bonds with preferential right for existing shareholders. The convertible bond is traded on NASDAQ OMX Nordic in Stockholm (PAR KV1). Short facts about the convertible

The convertible bonds carry a fixed annual interest of 11 percent during the duration time. The interest is paid annually on January 15 each year, the last time in 2014. Nest interest payment is distributed on January 16th, with record date January 9th.

Conversion to shares

As a holder you have the right to convert the convertible bonds into new shares during the month of September each year. The last conversion period will take place in September 2013. The conversion price is SEK 8.52 per share (adjusted in June 2010). The 2011 conversion period is completed.
