Auditors

At the 2009 AGM, Ernst & Young were re-elected as the company’s auditors for a four-year period until and including the 2013 AGM.

Head auditor

The auditor in charge is the authorised public accountant Jaan Kubja. Jaan Kubja has been the company’s auditor since 2005, having previously been deputy auditor since 1999, and consequently has good knowledge of the company and the Group and its operations.

Task

The auditors’ task is to review the company’s Annual Report in addition to the accounts as well as the Board’s and the President’s management. The audit is performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards in Sweden.
